Return Process

  Contact our customer service team via email or our online portal within 14 days of receiving your order to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Securely Package the Item

  Place the item back into its original retail packaging and secure it inside a sturdy shipping box with sufficient protective padding to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship to Our Warehouse

  Affix the return label and ship the package through your preferred courier; we recommend using a tracked service as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in the mail.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
