What are your standard shipping times and costs?

We offer standard delivery within 3-5 working days for all in-stock items. Shipping is free on orders over £100, while a flat rate of £5.95 applies to smaller orders.

What is your return policy?

You can return any unused item in its original packaging within 28 days of delivery for a full refund. Please note that bespoke or custom-made items are non-returnable unless faulty.

Are your lighting products covered by a warranty?

Yes, all Cotterell & Co lighting fixtures and home accessories come with a minimum 12-month manufacturer warranty against electrical and structural defects.

Can I track my order once it has been dispatched?

Absolutely. Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email containing a tracking link and a unique reference number to monitor your delivery progress.

Do you offer professional installation services?

While we do not provide direct installation, we recommend that all ceiling lights and hardwired fixtures are installed by a qualified NICEIC registered electrician for safety.
